Analysis of genetic diversity among genotypes and differentiation populations are crucial for determination conservation strategies one the best plant breeding approaches. In this study, ISSR markers were used to determine variation population structure in 23 hulled wheats. Together with control durum wheat bread registered cultivars, 32 analyzed 14 located throughout genome. Number alleles per locus ranged from 3 13 polymorphism information content (PIC) value 0.27 UBC-852 0.37 UBC-824 an average 0.33. High levels ratio (100%) observed primers. UPGMA analysis based on dice similarity between 0.981 0.112 showing high genotypes.
